“I plan to ensure that proper sanitizing and disinfecting procedures are followed at every diaper change. In the classroom I work in, we do all sixteen children's diapers at around the same time. This takes a while, and it is tempting to skip sanitizing and disinfecting steps to be done quicker. I am going to talk to my coworkers about the importance of proper sanitizing and disinfecting procedures and encourage all of us to hold each other accountable to always follow those procedures.”
